Alta Miller

Alta Miller, 92, former resident of Texas City, passed away August 14, 2017 at Paramount Healthcare Center in Pasadena.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 18, 2017 at Emken Linton Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forest Park East. Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City.

Alta Miller was born December 7, 1924 in Falls County, Texas. She worked as a clerk for Central Freight Lines and was a member of First Baptist Church of Texas City.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Miller.

Survivors include sons, Marshal Miller and wife Linda; daughter, Carolyn Rogers and husband Tal; grandchildren, Trey Sattler, Jennifer Braunstein and John Miller; great grandchildren, Lucas Braunstein, Abraham Braunstein, Callie Miller and Miriam Braunstein.
