ANDREW LUTHER AL LEBLANC, III.
Andrew LeBlanc, III., 69, long time Texas City resident, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014 after being in poor health for some time.
A celebration of Als life will be held 12:00 P.M., Saturday, February 1, 2014, at EmkenLinton Funeral Home in Texas City, Texas.
Mr. LeBlanc was born July 14, 1944 in Beaumont, Texas. He was Safety Engineer in the construction industry.
Al leaves behind his father Calvin Sparks two children Kimberly LeBlanc and Casey LeBlanc two brothers Glenn Sparks and David Sparks two grandchildren Kevin and Alesha and three great granddaughters.
