Brian Wayne Cappel

The Cappel family sadly announces the passing of our beloved Brian on Friday, February 2, 2024, in League City, Texas.

Brian was born September 29, 1990, in Texas City Texas to Buddy and T.J. Cappel. He was a lifelong resident of League City, Texas. He graduated from Clear Creek High School and attended Houston Community College. His passions were computers, electronics, auto mechanics, and his son.  

Brian is survived by his parents, Buddy & T.J. Cappel; son, Moses Cappel; grandfather, Harvey Cappel; grandmother, Ruby Stanton; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and family. Brian is preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Cappel.

The Cappel family will welcome friends and family to a public viewing from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 8, 2024, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City. Brian’s funeral services will be private.
