Cecil Gregg

Cecil Mann Gregg, 88, of League City, passed away Friday, September 7, 2012, at Harbourview Care Center.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 A.M., Saturday, September 8, 2012, at Forest Park East Cemetery in Webster. Arrangements are being handled through EmkenLinton Funeral Home in Texas City.

Cecil was born August 21, 1924 in Los Angeles, California. He was an attorney with a successful law practice in Texas City. Prior to becoming an attorney, Cecil proudly served his country in the United States Navy in WWII. He took part in the Asiatic Pacific Area and Philippine Liberation during his time of service.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years Carmen Gregg his daughters Cynthia Hoobler and husband David, Marsene Gregg and Casey Gearing and husband Rick four grandchildren three greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
