Donna Jean Timberlake

Donna Jean Timberlake, born November 5, 1932, in Granby, Missouri, passed away peacefully February 1, 2026, wrapped in loving arms and now resting at peace with her Heavenly Father.

Funeral Services will be held at Emken-Linton in Texas City on Friday February 6, 2026. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by service at 11:00 a.m.

Donna loved the Lord with her whole heart and dedicated her life to serving Him. She was a faithful member of her church and passionately supported various missions, always devoted to sharing the Gospel and helping others come to know Christ. Her faith was the foundation of her life and was lived out daily through prayer, compassion, and unwavering devotion to her family. She made an everlasting impact on all who knew her and was a safe haven for her family, offering comfort, peace, and unconditional love without judgment.

After retiring from Kroger following 30+ years of dedicated service, Donna devoted her time to what mattered most to her-family and service. She was a constant, loving presence in the lives of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was deeply involved in their lives. She also generously volunteered her time at local schools, tutoring children and reading with them, sharing both her kindness and her love for learning.

As the matriarch of the family, Donna faithfully prayed and interceded for every child, grandchild, and great-grandchild. She walked beside her family through every trial and tribulation, holding each of us close with wisdom, grace, and steadfast love. Nothing brought her greater joy than seeing the happiness and success of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Donna was one of seven siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents, Audrie and Zena Barclay; her siblings, Tom Barclay, Donald Barclay, Delmar Barclay, and Jeanine Foust; and her beloved husband, Tim Timberlake.

She is survived by her son, Mark O'Neal, and her daughter, Peggy O'Neal. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Matthew Hancock and wife Austin, Natalie Veasey and husband Dean, Sarah Sullivan and husband Joshua, and Sean O'Neal; as well as her nine great-grandchildren, who were a constant source of joy and pride. Donna is also survived by her beloved sisters, Babe French and Treva Barclay.

Special thanks to Frankie Barrow (sister-in-law) for always being there for her. A special note of gratitude to Mary Maris Watson and Shannon Kenyon for the love & kindness shown to Donna in her time of need.

Donna's legacy is one of deep faith, selfless service, and boundless love. Though she will be profoundly missed, we find comfort knowing she is now whole, at peace, and rejoicing in the presence of the Lord she so faithfully served.

"Well done, good and faithful servant... Enter into the joy of your Lord."
Matthew 25:21
