Frailan "Freddy" Bonifacio Filoteo

Freddy passed away at his home on May 17, 2025. Freddy was born in Weslaco, Texas on March 9, 1963.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Bonifacio and Veralina Filoteo, and Grandparents; Gonzalo and Ciriaca Alvarado.

He is survived by his sister; Coralina (Carlos) Escamilla, brother; Orlando Filoteo, 4 sons; Bryan, Jaime, Rene and Emilio, and daughters; Ciriaca and Mercedes. He is also survived by grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins and several other extended family members. He also leaves behind his partner in crime, Macho!

The family would like to extend their gratitude and thanks to all those that provided support or gave him a helping hand, it did not go unnoticed. We appreciate you and love you!

Freddy's memorial service will be held at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City, TX, on July 26, 2025, starting at 1:00 PM.
