Frank Dillman, 100, of Texas City, Texas, passed away on May 21, 2025, at his place of residence. Frank was born on July 19, 1924, in Elk City, Kansas to parents, Richard and Hilda Dillman.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Monday, June 2, 2025, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 3, 2025, in the Emken-Linton Chapel with a burial to follow at Hayes Grace Memorial Park.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Franklin Dillman and Hilda Snyder and stepfather, Charles Snyder. His wife Mary Ann Dillman.

He is survived by his daughters, Linda Summers and husband, Raymond and Connie Stanley; grandchildren, Jesse Seelbach and wife, Casi, Cody Stanley, Corey Stanley and wife, Nicolle, Darren Summers and wife, Gloria and Lisa Summers; great grandchildren, Grady and Quinn Seelbach, Allison Stanley, Addison Gillum, Carly Goetschius, Emily Summers, and great-great grandchild Gianna Goetschius, and other relatives and friends.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to Living Hope Hospice and their nurses for their compassionate care and support. An extra special thank you to Harriet Thompson for loving and caring for him.

He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. His kindness, laughter, and presence touched the lives of so many. When he served in the U.S. Marine Corps, he was given the nickname Gunner, which most of his friends called him. His grandsons were the highlight of his life. He loved the Astros, being with friends, and playing slot machines. He will be greatly missed as being the best Dad and Pappy!

Honorary pallbearers are Jesse Seelbach, Cody Stanley, Corey Stanley, Grady Seelbach, Darren Summers, Ted Brunt, and James Clark.
