Hazel Irene Wilson

Hazel Irene Wilson, 85, of Texas City, Tx, passed away Friday, October 27, 2023, at Regent Care Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, November 2, 2023, with a visitation from 1:00-2:00 pm at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City.

Hazel Irene Wilson was born January 14, 1938, in Mexia, Alabama. Hazel was a registered nurse until she retired. She loved her grandchildren dearly and her dog, Christy. She was a Southern Baptist Christian lady.

Hazel is preceded in death by her husband; Billy Ray; and sons; Billy and Rusty.

Survivors include son, David Wilson, and wife, Kenna; grandsons, Jeremy Wilson, and partner Megan Fenwick, and Keith Wilson, and wife Cierra; great grandchildren, Weston Wilson, Rylie Pacheco, Aubree Wilson, Emilee Wilson, and Mya Fenwick.  

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
