Hunter Cash Jeter, 18, of Porter, Texas, passed away on October 11, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and a life that touched the hearts of so many.
Born on October 18, 2007, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Hunter was the beloved son of Meghan and Aaron Jeter. From an early age, Hunter demonstrated a remarkable spirit, a compassionate heart, and a determination to make the most of every opportunity life presented.
A senior at Porter High School, Hunter was an exceptional student who maintained straight A's while actively pursuing his many passions. He proudly served as President of the Future Farmers of America (FFA) and was a dedicated member of the Porter High School swim team. His involvement in FFA was especially meaningful to him, reflecting his strong work ethic, natural leadership, and passion for agriculture and serving others.
But Hunter's greatest accomplishments could never be measured by grades, titles, or awards. They were found in the relationships he built, the lives he touched, and the love he gave.
Hunter had a heart for his community and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Whether serving others, spending time with friends, or simply bringing a smile to someone's face, he had a special way of making people feel valued and loved.
Above all, Hunter cherished his family, his friends, and his girlfriend, Braydee Bond. Hunter and Braydee shared a special love and dreamed of building a future together.
Hunter is survived by his loving parents, Meghan and Aaron Jeter; his brother, Ryan Higley; his sister, Kaylee Jeter; his aunt and uncle, Erin and Drew Morrow; his cousin, Hailey Didier; his uncle, Timothy Higley; and his aunt and uncle, Jason and Lisa Jeter. He also leaves behind his beloved girlfriend, Braydee Bond; her parents, Kathryn and Ray; and their family, along with countless friends, classmates, teachers, and community members whose lives were made brighter simply by knowing him.
Hunter will forever be remembered for his generous heart, gentle spirit, infectious warmth, and unwavering devotion to those he loved. He was a young man of extraordinary character, with a bright future, big dreams, and a heart full of love. In just 18 years, Hunter made an impact that many strive to make in a lifetime.
Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Hunter's life on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Bull Sallas Park, 21675 McCleskey Rd., New Caney, TX 77357.
In honor of Hunter, those attending are encouraged to wear red (his favorite color), FFA attire, or anything that reminds them of Hunter.
