Jo Schurwon

Jo Ann Schurwon, 80, of Texas City passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at Emken-Linton Funeral Home.  Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Monday, December 5, 2022 at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City.

Jo Ann was born May 30, 1942 in Fred, Texas.  She was a hairdresser for many years.

She is preceded in death by her son Patrick Schurwon and her mother Artie Portier.

Survivors include her husband, Frank Schurwon Sr.; her three children, Debbie Bartlett and husband Larry, Steve Schurwon and wife Kim, Frank Schurwon, Jr. and wife Deanne; 9 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Aaron Bartlett, Larry Bartlett Jr., Jason Bartlett, Brayden Schurwon, Landon Schurwon, Michael Schurwon and Clynt Schurwon.
