Magdaleno P. "Mag" Jaramillo

Magdaleno P. “Mag” Jaramillo, 81 of Texas City, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, with his family by his side. He was born on May 29, 1944, in Texas City, Texas. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 61 years Felicitas “Fela” Jaramillo, parents Venancio H. and Altagracia P. Jaramillo, brothers Adolfo Jaramillo, Refugio Jaramillo.

He is survived by his two son Venancio “Benny” Jaramillo and wife Rene’, Magdaleno “Mag”

Jaramillo and wife Anabell, Grandchildren Vanessa Maskell (Greg), Venancio “Damon” Jaramillo (Pamela), Brianna Rose Jaramillo, Magdaleno “Zachary” Jaramillo and great grandchildren Carmen, Allan and Sean Maskell, Brother Richard Jaramillo (Debbie), Sisters Pat Cano (Ruben), Hope LaSoya (Raymond), Grace Chamberlin (Rolf) as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Monday February 23, 2026, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home, 5100 Emmett F. Lowery Expressway in Texas City with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday February 24, 2026, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home, 5100 Emmett F. Lowery Expressway in Texas City with burial following at Forest Park East Cemetery in Webster, TX.

Pallbearers will be Venancio “Benny” Jaramillo, Magdaleno “Mag” Jaramillo, Venancio “Damon” Jaramillo, Magdaleno “Zachary” Jaramillo, Ray LaSoya, and Joe Ornelas
