Martha Lynne Davis

Martha Lynne Davis, 65, of Bacliff, Tx, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023, at her residence.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at La Marque Cemetery, 1709 S Oak St., La Marque, TX 77568.

Martha was born May 14, 1957, in Harlingen, Tx to Robert Chares Whitaker and Virginia Mae Whitaker (Adams). She was a legal secretary for over 20 years

She is preceded in death by husband, Elton Bernard Davis and father, Robert Charles Whitaker.

She is survived by her oldest son, Charles Whitaker; youngest son, James Whitaker; mother, Virginia Whitaker; sister, Laura Whitaker; two brothers, Robert and Wally Whitaker; six grandchildren, Briellle , Faith, Valerie, Isabel, Emma, and Gabriel; and several nieces and nephews.
