Maxine Louise Holcomb, 85, of Kerrville formally of Santa Fe, Texas, passed away Monday, December 5, 2016 in Fredericksburg.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Emken Linton Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Grace Memorial Park. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Emken Linton Funeral Home in Texas City, Texas.

Maxine Louise Holcomb was born July 4, 1931 in Holland, Texas. She was a retired beautician.

She is preceded in death by her parents, WP and Madonna Ross; husband, Arlton Holcomb; sister, Vonnell Salamone and brothers, Truman and Bobby Ross.

Survivors include son, Ronnie E. Holcomb, Sr. and Brenda of Fredericksburg, Texas; grandson, Ronnie E. Holcomb, Jr. and Jodi of Fredericksburg, Texas; granddaughter, Jennifer Bagott and Lowell of Dickinson, Texas; great granddaughter, Linzy Holcomb of Fredericksburg, Texas; great grandsons, Ronnie Blain Holcomb of Fredericksburg Texas and Hunter Bagott of Dickinson, Texas; great-great granddaughter, Scarlett Sturdevant; brother, Dennis Ross and Barbara of Fort Worth, Texas; sister, Linda Sharon Lewis and Ed of Gatesville, Texas; sister-in-law's, Neely Mae Ross of Lindale, Texas and Kathy Ross of Marble Falls, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
