Rickey Froeschl

Rickey Charles Froeschl, 55, of Texas City, passed away of natural causes on Saturday, December 22, 2012.

A lifetime resident of Texas City, Ric was born on January 22, 1957. He was the son of Frank and Patsy Froeschl, also of Texas City.

Ric attended Texas City High School and graduated in 1975. He was a journeyman electrician and spent most of his working career with the Texas City Independent School District working as a maintenance electrician. He retired in 2011, as Assistant Director of Physical Services, after 26 years of service. Ric loved nature, hunting, camping, animals, and was a gun enthusiast.

Ric is survived by his mother Pat Froeschl brother Frank Froeschl his three children Evan, Amy and Meagan four grandchildren Evan Jr., Natali, Elliot, and Lucas numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends from the Class of 1975.

He was preceded in death by his father Frank Froeschl, and his brother Wayne Froeschl.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Emken Linton Funeral Home in Texas City with a visitation from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.
