Rudolph Gerald “Buzzy” Zetka, 81, of Texas City, passed away 6th of April 2020 at Mainland Hospital due to COVID-19 infection.

A private memorial will be held at a later time.

Rudolph was born in Galveston, TX. He was a veteran of the Air Force, and was a seaman, pipe fitter, and electrician. He enjoyed playing the guitar, watching westerns, spending time with his friends, and playing Monopoly.

He enjoyed day to day life with his spouse Ruby "Cissy" Zetka who preceded him in death. They enjoyed camping in Big Bend and Garner State Park, cooking, finding a good bargain, and listening to classic rock like Bob Dylan, Buddy Holly, Elvis, and Roy Orbison. He loved the many pet dogs and cats he had throughout his lifetime. He enjoyed barbecue, seafood, and Tex Mex.

He is preceded in death by father, Rudolph Anton Zetka, mother, Sophia Wetzel Zetka, wife Ruby D. “Cissy” Zetka, and brothers Charles Zetka and James Zetka

Survivors include son Eric Scott Zetka and sister Shirley Zetka Miller
