Sandra Smith Woodlock, 73, of Texas City, Texas passed away September 28, 2021, at home

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 -7:00 p.m., Monday, October 4, 2021, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City.

Sandra Smith Woodlock was born December 22, 1947, in Texas City, Texas. Sandra was an elementary school teacher and a choir director at several Methodist churches. She was a 50-year member of United Methodist Women in many leadership roles and belonged to DKG Sorority.

She is preceded in death by husband, John Woodlock; parents, Edgar Smith and Lois Smith.

Survivors include daughter, Jill Foreman; son, Brice Woodlock; daughter, Clair Rossmeisl and husband Larry; grandchildren, John Holt, Karen Foreman, Carolina Holt, and Katie Foreman; brother, Dennis Smith (Iris) and her partner, Tom Ochs.

Pallbearers are Brice Woodlock, John Holt, Karen Foreman, Carolina Holt, Katie Foreman, Larry Rossmeisl.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Methodist Children's Home.
