Timothy Harrison

Timothy Harrison, 66 of Texas City passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Tim was born in Baytown, TX on December 24, 1958, to J.C. and Marlene Harrison, Jr. He was raised in Texas City and graduated from Texas City High School. He then attended Stephen F. Austin and the Fine Arts Institute of Dallas. After college he lived in New York and worked at Bergdorf Goodman and Fred Furrier for many years before moving to San Antonio. After moving back to Texas City, he attended First Methodist Church for many years and then First Baptist Church and sang in the choir at both. Everyone that knows Tim knows his love for church, music and family.

Tim is predeceased in death by his mother, Marlene Harrison and brother Billy Harrison.

He is survived by his father J.C. Harrison, Jr., sisters Tanya Johnson (husband Clifford), and Robin Barnard and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones on Monday, June 30, 225, from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Emken-Linton Funeral Home, 5100 Emmett F. Lowry Expressway, in Texas City, TX with funeral services to follow at 11:30 a.m., Pastor Dennis Johns officiating.

Interment will follow at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery.
